Currently there’s no law against companies dumping sewage into fresh water, and as a result Thames Water has been treating the river Thames like its own personal toilet. So we decided to do something about it.
Everyone knows that Thames Water pollutes our waterways, that's not news. So many people know about it and say that it's awful...but how many of them have actually done anything about it? Answer, not many.
We wanted to increase awareness and interaction of Londoners by advertising the truth on the very thing that’ll end up in the river, toilet roll. With a link to a petition for a new law to stop water companies polluting our waters. So now everyone can leave their mark on the campaign.
